The Becoming You Project
The Becoming You Project is a podcast about the process of becoming — about remembering who you are beneath centuries of disconnection, conditioning, and inherited ways of living that were never designed to keep us whole.
Many of us feel it: a quiet sense of misalignment, restlessness, or numbness. Not because something is wrong with us — but because we’re living inside systems and stories that have slowly pulled us away from our bodies, our intuition, our rhythms, and our deeper sense of purpose. This disconnect didn’t happen overnight. It’s been centuries in the making. And right now, we’re living in the tension of that unraveling.
This podcast exists for those who can feel that we’re in the midst of a collective awakening — a paradigm shift where the old ways of operating no longer work, and something more honest, embodied, and humane is asking to be born.
Hosted by Jess Callahan — entrepreneur, purpose alchemist, subconscious guide, and post-graduate student of transpersonal psychology — The Becoming You Project blends psychology, spirituality, and consciousness to explore what it means to come back into relationship with yourself in a world that has taught us to live disconnected.
At its core, this work is rooted in one belief: True transformation happens when the body feels safe, the mind is clear, and the soul is awake.
Becoming yourself isn’t a single moment or destination. It’s a process — one that asks us to understand all the ways we’ve been shaped away from our truth, and to gently return to what’s real. In this space, deeper purpose is explored as a five-part unfolding:
• Nervous system regulation
• Deconditioning the mind
• Reconnecting with intuition
• Self-discovery
• Cycles of integration and embodiment
Through intimate conversations and reflective solo episodes, Jess weaves together somatic awareness, nervous system healing, astrology, intuitive reconnection, and soul-level work to support this journey from the inside out. Because individual healing is never just individual. When we reconnect with ourselves — when we regulate, remember, and live with greater awareness — our healing creates ripples. It changes how we relate, how we lead, how we create, and how we show up in the world.
And that kind of change is something our world is deeply asking for right now.
Each episode is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and participate consciously in your own becoming — not as an act of self-improvement, but as an act of remembrance.

Hey there, I'm Jess Callahan and this is the Becoming You Project. This is a podcast about reinvention and finding your voice and your purpose. It's about redefining success on your terms and small acts of rebellion against the systems that keep us overwhelmed. Because your path to becoming you has ripple effects that shift the world around you. So let's dive in. Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of the Becoming You project. Today we're talking about frequency and specifically like what it means to live at a higher frequency or to raise your vibration. We hear terms thrown around a lot, you know, terms like how to elevate your consciousness or like raise your frequency. And so today I wanted to break down like what that actually means and why it's not just like spiritual terminology, you know, how this applies to each of us in our everyday lives and what it actually means, like what is the impact of raising your frequency or raising your vibration on, you know, your own everyday life. So in this episode, we're going to explore like what higher consciousness truly is, why it matters, and then we're going to talk about what I see as the seven gateways or portals to help us access it in daily life. So we'll talk about nervous system regulation and intuition, creativity, love, travel, and so much more. Um, we're also going to talk about how each of these things can be harnessed to expand your own awareness, elevate your frequency, and create what we call coherence between your inner and outer worlds. And for the purposes of this conversation, I'm going to use like higher frequency, higher vibration, higher consciousness, like all of those terms pretty interchangeably. And here's why. So, so what do they actually mean? Like it this none of this is about like becoming spiritual or overly optimistic or just being happy all the time. What it really means, it's about expanding your capacity to experience life and all that comes with it. So it's about perceiving the world around you with more clarity and compassion, living more deeply, connecting to, you know, purpose and meaning and getting the most out of life, um, you know, tapping into all that this whole like human experience has to offer us. It's really like based on this idea that everything in the universe operates at a frequency, including each each of us. And when you shift your energetic state through like deeper awareness, love, or more presence, you change not only like your own inner world, but you also change the vibration that you emit around you. So each time you regulate your nervous system or speak your truth or choose compassion, your energy harmonizes at a higher frequency. And so basically, like when you're when you're operating then at that higher frequency and you take in, say, like the universal laws, the law of attraction, um, this whole idea that like what you put out into the universe is what you get back, that's when you start to see that like the frequency that you're emitting, the when you elevate to this like higher frequency, that's when you really start to see your life change because you start to attract back all that operates at that higher frequency as well. Have you ever noticed how like one person can shift the energy of an entire room? For better or for worse, maybe. Um, but one person's energy has the ability to like impact an entire setting. Um, that sort of speaks to this idea of like the energy field around us and whatever the energy is that you're emitting has an impact not only on you, but on everyone around you. So if all of this is still sounding a little bit abstract, maybe try thinking about it like this. So have you ever had those moments when life feels like chaotic, reactive, full of maybe those like constant highs and lows, like the stress is lingering, you feel like you're constantly trying to catch up. Um I mean, are you even an adult human if you haven't had that experience? But um, you know, either way, shifting your frequency in a setting like this or a situation like this means that you start to feel the like steady sense of peace underneath the noise, not because life got easier, but because you started to tune in in order to weather the storm. You started to just sort of go inward and trust your inner resources that will get you through the storm instead of, you know, reaching outward, lashing outward, grasping for any quick fix that can just like get you through that situation. So, you know, in this setting, it's about learning to regulate your emotions instead of bypassing them. When you bypass your emotion, you know, it then causes them to get stuck in your body, which leads you to live even more reactively. Or how about this one? So have you ever found yourself like constantly overthinking, confused, or second-guessing yourself? Maybe you find yourself searching for answers outside of you. Maybe you're like crowdsourcing um answers among like friends or family, or maybe you're forcing strategies in business that feel like off, but you're not totally sure why. Um, it's you know, you're searching for answers in all of the wrong places. You're searching for answers anywhere but from within you. So part of raising your frequency is connecting with your intuition, which is, you know, your inner guidance system that can help you feel what's aligned and what's not. Okay, here's one more example. How about when you are in a relationship where it feels like something is like missing or something is off? You know, maybe it's like a level of defensiveness or reactivity that keeps two people distant. Maybe it's like a constant miscommunication or lack of like depth or meaning in the relationship. But when you peel back all of the layers and you start meeting that other person from a place of like love, compassion, and understanding instead of like fear, judgment, and reactivity, you find that the edges, like those sharp edges, begin to soften. When compassion replaces judgment, you can start to show up, you know, from a place of genuine connection and understanding, and you start to build bridges instead of you know having that like armor up that stands between two people and prevents them from connecting really deeply. It's really about like all of those layers falling away so that you can get down to the core, which is really like living from a place of love instead of living from a place of fear. In each of these examples, it's really about like softening the edges, going inward, expanding our awareness, stripping away the stories and patterns that we tell ourselves so that we, you know, don't have to be living from reactivity. We're living from presence. And when we do all of those things, the energy that we're living in, the frequency that we're vibrating at starts to shift. It starts to create a ripple effect in our own lives and in the lives of everyone around us. So, what does the world of science have to say about all of this? Um, you know, I'm I really believe that it's so powerful to connect with something that is, you know, beyond our own individual experience, that there's something greater, that there's a collective that we can connect to. And maybe we don't have all of the scientific answers yet. You know, maybe we don't have all of the answers, but, you know, from my view, it's it's okay to live in the unknown. It's not unreasonable to think that we wouldn't have all of the answers right now. Um, but at the same time, I believe that it's important to keep two feet firmly planted on the ground. So I do I love to balance, you know, the the talk of consciousness and spirituality with just like grounded information rooted in science. I think um, I think the science is really important, but I think it's important to expand your horizons outside of, especially like materialist science. Like materialism tells us that um, you know, if it can't be proven today scientifically, then it can't be true. And I think that's what's led us to this whole belief that like we can't, like logic and intuition can't coexist. Or in order for something to be true, it has to be like rooted in empirical, you know, science and evidence and data. And so, um, yeah, just like a little bit of info on where I'm, you know, the lens through which I'm approaching this work is that I just I think like if you think of like the chakra spectrum, right? Like the the root chakra of red is at the base, and that's you know, safety roots being grounded, and then you go all the way up to the crown chakra. If you know you're working with a traditional like seven chakra system, but that's the chakra where you're really connecting to like the collective and higher consciousness and you know different realms. Um, I think that it's important to stay grounded in both. So, anyway, what does the science have to say about this conversation that we're having here on frequency and how your frequency can impact the world around you? So, okay, let's talk about the heart. So the heart produces the largest measurable electromagnetic field in the body. So, this field, this electromagnetic field, can actually be detected several feet away from each of us individually, and it interacts with other people's own electromagnetic field. So it means that your emotional state or, you know, how you're showing up in that moment literally influences your environment. So when your heart rhythm is coherent, that field becomes stable and resonant, and others can actually feel it. But what okay, let's back up a second. What does it mean to be coherent? So the Heart Math Institute has spent decades studying the connection between the heart and the brain, specifically the electromagnetic fields that they generate. So when the rhythms of the heart are smooth and stable, like um like waves, like gentle waves, the brain then receives a signal of safety and harmony. So it's like regulation. This creates what we would call like heart-brain coherence. So it's like a physiological state where your heart, your nervous system, and your brain are all operating in sync. When we're stressed or maybe like fearful or anxious, that heart rhythm becomes like erratic, kind of like jagged, which then sends a signal to the brain that's more like disorganized. This is what creates mental fog, reactive behavior, and emotional instability. You literally can't think clearly or access your intuition when your heart rhythm is incoherent. It's it's literally like your body is broadcasting static. So studies actually show that this state of coherence leads to increased alpha brainwave activity. So alpha waves are those waves that are like when you're awake but relaxed. So you're feeling calm but alert. It's a state that can be characterized by like lower levels of cortisol or stress and if um like better immune functionality. And when people are living in this state of coherence, they usually report feeling like more often that they're in that state of like flow, you know, and you're just like living in the moment where inspiration is coming freely, and maybe you're feeling more empathetic and connected and just like part of part of something greater. Um, you're you're living in that like flow state. So living in a higher frequency then really means that you're creating this state of coherence so that you can experience life with more clarity, presence, and compassion, compassion for your yourself and others. So it's all about like higher consciousness. Living in frequency is really about like that synchronization between the heart, the nervous system, and the brain. Okay. So I want to move on to talk about these gateways. So, you know, I like to call them there's like seven gateways that we can access within our lives that help us achieve this like higher frequency. And you don't have to work with all seven gateways, you know, over time as you make this like a practice. It's something that you can come back to and, you know, figure out where you can expand on, where you can grow. I think life is just a series of um lessons and growth. And, you know, it's not linear, there's ups and downs, but I think that these gateways are things that we can always come back to in order to, you know, live a little bit of a higher vibration. So um, and and I think that as you listen to the gateways, I think that it's important to kind of think about what feels like it might be creating some kind of reaction in your body. Because when there's a reaction, usually we know that that's something we need to tune into a little bit more. So, okay, the first gateway is the body. So specifically bringing calm to the body and nervous system regulation. And a lot of these things, if you've been listening to the podcast for a while, a lot of these things will sound familiar because we've talked about a lot of these things individually, um, you know, on repeat sometimes. So you can always revisit earlier episodes. Um, I think it's like episodes two, nine, 10, and 11 all talk about nervous system regulation, burnout, rest. Um, there's, you know, a lot of tie-ins to how to bring like just regulation and calm to the body. But um, you know, awareness, consciousness are experienced through the body. So when the body is dysregulated or, you know, in a state where it feels unsafe, we become reactive instead of responsive. So we make decisions from like fear rather than like rooting down into our awareness. And in this state, our energy really contracts. It's hard to feel creative or intuitive or or even just open when the body's braced for a threat. You know, whether it's an obvious threat or some kind of subconscious threat, um, it's really hard to live expansively. You know, instead we disconnect from the present moment, replaying the past maybe, or anticipating any kind of like danger or threat that could present itself. Um, so emotional regulation also becomes really difficult in this situation. So small triggers feel really overwhelming. Um, so when you bring regulation back into the body and when you start to tune into the body, um, you know, work that stress and unprocessed emotion out of the body, you can start to tune in a little bit more. You can start to, you know, make the changes that you need in order to experience like long-lasting shifts to that higher frequency. So um, you know, you can't, I think one of the things that we we bypass a lot, like in our Western culture, is the need for like true change and transformation to happen from a state of regulation. Like you can't think your way into change. You have to have a calm and regulated body before change can happen. So, really, like this one is uh foundational. It's really hard to make any kind of intentional change in your life if your body is not regulated. The second gateway is the mind. So the mind is a vehicle that can help us create so much expansion, but it's also the thing that can keep us trapped, especially in like the stories that keep us small and disconnected and closed off. So this gateway is all about deconditioning the mind, questioning our beliefs and finding our truth. Um, you know, when you question your beliefs, like you're asking yourself, are these things that I genuinely believe at my core, or are they beliefs that were inherited, you know, passed down through upbringing that just became part of my life? Much of what we call personality is actually a construct of our conditioning. Um, so much of our experience in life is shaped by these inherited patterns. So I'm gonna list some commonly held beliefs that I think are definitely worth questioning. And as you listen to these beliefs, see if any of them spark a reaction. Because, you know, as I said a little bit earlier, when we do have a reaction to something, it's usually a guide to where we can turn in a little bit. So I'm just gonna read off several several of these beliefs and you know make a note for maybe some journaling later, some contemplation on why it's sparking a reaction. Okay, belief one. My worth depends on productivity, appearance, or success. If I rest, I'll fall behind. Fitting in keeps me safe. Work has to be hard to be meaningful. Success looks like constant growth and output. If I'm too much, they won't like or love me. People don't change. Authority always knows better. If I'm still triggered, I'm not healed enough. Vulnerability is weakness, intuition and logic, it can't coexist. And the last one is I'm too old, too young, or too late, maybe. You know, I had an interesting experience kind of um confronting this belief system in my own life. This is a belief system that I think I'm constantly trying to deconstruct for myself. And so I was having coffee with a friend, and both of us have gone through some changes in our like personal and professional lives, and we were both kind of like just talking about this whole idea that we it it feels sort of late to be reinventing ourselves or starting something new or shifting the work that we're doing. And, you know, as the conversation progressed and evolved, um, I guess it's important to note that this friend and I, our ages are different by about 20 years. Um, and so as the conversation evolved, we started talking about other things and we started talking about her son at one point. She was just catching me up on his life and how he has um paused some of his schoolwork because he's not sure what kind of shift or change he wants to make, and how he was talking about how, you know, it feels a little bit late for him to change. Like all of his friends are, you know, they're in their 20s and they've moved on to these full-time jobs or careers maybe. And for him, it feels really late to be like starting over, redirecting. And it was just this interesting like observation that this guy in his 20s, who's just um, you know, at the age where college is sort of like ending and he's rethinking what he wants to do with his life. And then, you know, for me, um, I just turned 40 last year. And for this friend who's in her 60s, all of us have this same limiting belief that holds us back from growing and doing the work that feels really meaningful because we all have the storyline that we're telling us, like, I'm I'm too late, or you know, I'm late to the game, I'm too old. But like, why? You know, time's gonna pass either way, whether we're doing the work that we want to be doing or not. Um, you know, so why not why not just take the pause to make the change, to to do the thing that, you know, will really like just light our hearts on fire. And so, um, yeah, that's just, you know, one of those beliefs that I think is, you know, shared by many and definitely worth questioning. So the mind as a gateway is really also about creating stillness and quiet in the mind. Um, once we're able to deconstruct some of those belief systems and start to, you know, process whatever it is that's going through the body, you know, process the emotion, process the stress through the body. Um, we then need to start to create calm and stillness in the mind because that's really where like clarity comes from. That's really how we start to just like connect with ourselves. And it's in creating that mental stillness that actually leads us to our third gateway. So the third gateway is like inner voice or intuition. So if the body is how we feel consciousness, intuition is how we hear it. So once the body feels safe and the mind begins to quiet, it's in that stillness that we can start to hear our inner voice or knowing. And the intuition isn't mystical, it's it is an inner guidance system that each of us has access to. So it speaks to us through sensations, emotions, dreams, synchronicities. And the more you learn how to slow down and listen, the clearer that signal becomes. When we're disconnected from our intuition, we overthink and overanalyze. We try to like logic our way through what actually requires feeling. We outsource answers, we outsource our truth, um, you know, we seek validation or direction from other people, and we second guess ourselves constantly. But when we tune in, it's like when you create space to hear that signal, you don't need to constantly, you know, look to others for guidance or their thoughts on what you should do because you have this like inner voice that will speak to you clearly once you, you know, create the space to be able to hear it. And then when you start to like cultivate the self-trust that actually like comes from following the voice. Some of the ways that you can really live into this gateway and reconnect with your intuition might be through like meditation and stillness. Um, like noticing patterns. So noticing like repeating themes, patterns, or signs that appear in your daily life. Noticing when like the road feels like it's like green lights straight ahead, which you know, it's like a path paved in ease and maybe synchronicities. And um, it's like it's like the road is unfolding for you, or like when things feel blocked, or when you feel stuck, or like it's a no. Um, stream of conscious, like voice notes or journaling, I think, are also a really powerful way to like speak or write your truth without editing. It's like your subconscious mind just takes over and you can access those like deeper parts of you that you didn't otherwise um know were waiting to be heard. Okay, the fourth gateway is the heart. So the heart is really the bridge between ourselves and others. It's um a gateway that's about making the choice to live from love instead of fear. So love expands our awareness, raises our frequency, fear closes awareness and like directly reduces, decreases our frequency. So where fear separates, love connects and it connects like within you and with those around you. When you're living from fear though, like but when we're living from fear, we guard our hearts, we like live from a place of defensiveness where we mistake like self-protection for safety. And we make choices rooted in scarcity, guilt, or like past painful experiences instead of trust and expansion. But when we choose love, this is when our energy really becomes magnetic, you know, that field around us, we become calm, open, and deeply connected with each other. Um, you know, relationships, creativity, and this like connection with purpose start to flow a lot more naturally. So, okay, when you want to reconnect with your heart, um, some of the ways that you can do that are like heart breathing. If you place a hand on your heart and breathe slowly, um, you could do it with your eyes closed and you know, take that deep, rich breath in. And then when you exhale, imagine exhaling love into that field around you. Practicing gratitude also helps like shift your attention away from what's missing to what's like really already great in your life right now. And then the other one I think like, I think this is my favorite, just like small acts of kindness. So practice like choosing love in the moment through generosity, forgiveness, like small acts of kindness. Not only do they, you know, expand your own heart, but they create that ripple effect. You know, when your field impacts the field of those around you, those people then make choices that, you know, shift their field. And the ripple effect can be really, really powerful. Okay, the fifth gateway, fifth out of seven. I think this is my favorite gateway. Um, the fifth, the fifth gateway is all about creativity. And this really means creativity in all forms. I think there's so many of us that just tell ourselves that we're not creative, and so we just like shut down that part of ourselves. And, you know, we just it's it's another um just story that we tell ourselves and we don't invite it into our lives on a regular basis. But creativity really is simply the act of creating. It doesn't mean that we have to create these like beautiful works of art that we can sell or reproduce or gift to somebody. Really, it's about creating for the act of getting lost in the process of creation. It's about like picking paint colors that feel really like powerful in the moment and just taking a brush to canvas. It's about writing or journaling, um, creative movement or dance, maybe it's about redecorating a room in your house. Or for me, creativity is really meditative. I think when I can get lost in a creative project and I'm not stuck on the process of how I'm creating, um, but I can just get like lost in the process. I can feel my mind expanding. It's a time when I get some of my like best insights and aha moments. And I think it's also a time when I find myself working through my own like stuff, you know, like why did I react a certain way in a given situation? Or what can I work on to improve how I'm showing up in a certain relationship? Um, it just creates space for some of that thinking to flow freely that, you know, otherwise wouldn't have the space to like expand or release. There are actually studies that link creative engagement to like elevated mood and coherence. And so when we make time for creativity, our mood elevates, we create space for like insights and inner wisdom to come through. And we're making space to deconstruct some of that like stuff that we've been. Working through in our own lives. So, you know, pick up that paintbrush, maybe pen and paper. My creativity project du jour is weaving. I am really having fun with like bold colors and um just like you know, yarn and different types of material. And it just it is like um, I love seeing the beautiful colors come together, but it's also a repetitive process that allows me to just like you know get lost in my thoughts. I call the sixth gateway the horizon. Um, and this one's characterized by like exploration and wonder. This gateway is all about travel, experiencing new cultures, or really like anything that sparks curiosity and awe. So have you ever felt something shift when you're traveling? I get this feeling every time I travel somewhere new, like especially if I'm visiting a new like landscape or culture or country that's previously like unknown to me. It's just this like feeling of expansiveness. It takes over my whole body. And if like I feel like it kind of unlocks like like inspiration and and creativity in my life. So, you know, it's during these moments and when I come home too, like where I feel more drawn to writing. Um, I have more of those aha moments or the intuitive nudges, or I get clarity on like the problems that I've been wrestling with in my life. So, you know, I think it's just a testament to like when we get curious, when we live from a place of like observation instead of judgment, it softens our ego and it creates space for situations and experiences that are otherwise unfamiliar to us. Curiosity literally vibrates at a higher frequency than, say, like fear or apathy. And you know, in our culture and Western culture especially, we have this tendency to judge, criticize, or even like dismiss anything that lives outside of our own lived experience. But when you broaden your horizon to new experiences, new cultures, new people, new places, it creates more like space and acceptance for those differences. And it and then also has a ripple effect into the rest of your life. So um, you know, research says that novelty from like, you know, exploring any anything new really, it it activates dopamine and neuroplasticity. So it rewires the brain for openness, creativity, and that higher emotional frequency. So um there's also something to be said for stepping outside of our routines, like new environments and experiences, reawaken like awareness and presence. So, and those things are really essential to living in alignment with a higher frequency. Exploration actually, like, I think it also serves as a mirror of sorts. So, like when you're exploring the physical world around you or exploring a new hobby, exploring anything new, um, you know, it helps us rediscover these like forgotten parts of us, like the parts of us that we didn't really know were still like lying there, dormant. So maybe like forgotten desires or hidden gifts or perspectives. Um, it can reawaken those lost parts of us. Okay, and the last gateway to higher consciousness or living at a higher vibration. So this one is connection. And I think this one really actually like speaks to the interwoven nature of each of these gateways. So we weren't created to like live independently, regulate ourselves independently, like this whole culture of individualism, which like values individual achievement, um, being able to do all of it on our own, the shift away from the village and relying on and helping each other, it's been so damaging. I mean, even like, you know, have you guys have probably seen Maslow's hierarchy, right? It's that like triangle of where it goes from like basic needs up through belonging and self-actualization. And it's interesting because we had this debate in one of my classes where, you know, in Western culture, Maslow was, you know, born of Western culture. Um, he puts self-actualization at the top of that pyramid, which sort of says that we are all striving for this like individual achievement. But should self-actualization actually be at the top? Should an independent achievement be like the ruling thing? Or is like belonging in community really the thing that belongs at the top? Um, you know, it depends on your upbringing, your culture, where you're from, but I think it's at least worth contemplating. Um, I think that, you know, our our culture really breeds like toxic individualism, which keeps us siloed and it's what keeps us, you know, working extra hard because we're doing all of it on our own. Um, you know, we're not building these like structures where we really just genuinely help each other and rely on each other. The nervous system itself is not built to regulate by itself. It's actually built for co-regulation. So when you are in the presence of somebody else who is regulated, um, it helps bring your nervous system into regulation. Um, actually, like if you hug someone for 20 seconds, a friend, a loved one, even like your pet for 20 seconds, um, that can actually like reduce stress and bring your nervous system back into regulation. It's really interesting. So um, so genuine connection with others is is this um last gateway. So deep conversation, meaningful connection, um, regular, you know, regular connection with your community, um, making an impact in your community. All of these things fall under this idea of connection, but it can't be superficial connection. It has to be really like soul-deep connection, the people that really just like unlock those parts of you that have sort of like remained dormant. Um, this is the kind of connection that really helps you step into that like next level, higher vibration version of yourself. Um, we really we grow through connection and not isolation. So, um, and our own our own personal growth really deepens when we share it with others. So when we like talk, listen, learn together, it helps us integrate like the different like learnings or or the new levels of awareness that we're living within. Deep listening actually like opens portals of empathy and understanding. And, you know, back to acts of service, we talked about this with the heart gateway. But when you volunteer or mentor or support a friend, it actually like expands this sense of purpose and belonging, connecting us to this feeling of deeper meaning, which helps us again raise our consciousness or live at that higher, um, higher frequency. So, you know, all of these things, empathy, deeper awareness, purpose, meaning, belonging, all of these things are things that enrich the human experience and what it means and feels like to be alive, raising your vibration or you know, living in a higher consciousness really like it, that's what it's all about. It's it is all about just experiencing your world with more depth and meaning. It's waking up every day and feeling like you're connected to something or what you're doing has a purpose. These things are so important to the human experience. But in order to reach that, like, you know, elevated frequency or, you know, place of living life with just like depth and meaning, you have to start to work with some of these gateways. It doesn't have to be all of them, it can be one or two at a time, but these are the things, these are the ways that you start to change your life, that you start to, you know, strip away all of those layers that are just keeping you um, you know, feeling like stuck or, you know, even like trapped sometimes or like lacking purpose or meaning. It's, you know, you get to the other side of that through these gateways. You get to the other side by making a commitment to yourself to go inward and and really like figure out um what the layers are that you have to start to peel back. And it's when you're able to strip those layers away that you can show up as, you know, your genuine self, your core self, the the version of you that has been there all along, the parts of you that are unchangeable, the parts of you that know, you know, patterns or conditioning or stress or you know, stuck emotions, that those things can't change. It's like it's about peeling everything away so you can get to that like core, deepest part of you and live from that place. You know, that's what it means to live at a higher frequency. Okay, that's all I have for you guys today. I I hope that these, um, I hope you learned something from these seven uh seven gateways. I love infusing my life with each of these, but you know, again, it's a work in progress. It's something that I think we have to commit to. We have to, you know, build our we have to build our lives around intentionally in order to make like true and lasting change. But, you know, when we do the work, um, everything around us shifts and and life just becomes more meaningful and fulfilling. And so um, you know, I hope you I hope you take the time to dig into one of these gateways today. And if you do, I would love to hear how it goes. All right, guys, I will see you next week. I'll be back with another interview. Um, this one is about somatic healing, and I can't wait to share it with you. All right, I'll talk to you soon. Bye.
